Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Amazon Listing Auditor (“Service”), operated by TaskOn AI, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Amazon Listing Auditor is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that compares product data from your source of truth (Salsify PIM or CSV files) against live Amazon listings to identify discrepancies and generate per-product health scores. The Service is provided for authorized business use only.

3. Account Registration & Access

Access to the Service is invite-only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or interfere with the Service

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled at our discretion. Plan limits (product counts and monthly audit counts) are enforced per subscription tier.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to TaskOn AI, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as described herein.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TASKON AI, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
